Sold Tickets and need to send electronically
Sold tickets - how do I confirm they've been paid for and then send electronically within eBay so buyer can't claim he never received them?

Upon further investigation, I see there are 5 tickets.
The listing, according to the title, is for 5 tickets. The selling price is $200.
That is $40 per ticket. There is no legal way for you to get any more money from this buyer, no matter what the description suggests.
I don’t know how to fix this mess.

Mentor1 year agoIt was a Buy It Now listing for a Quantity of 5 at $200 each so they did get that part right. 🙂
The sold listing in search just shows one sold but if you look at the listing it says quantity of 5 @200 each or Best Offer.

The listing says local pickup. When the buyer meets you, they will have a QR code to present to you that will verify the buyer got their item.

OP1 year agoit says local pickup but that was an error on my part when I listed the tickets. Now I don;t see anything related to delivering the tickets electronically. Any suggestions?

Mentor1 year agoMy advice is to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address, refund, relist correctly and MAIL a copy of the tickets so you have tracking proof of delivery. You could mail the copy in addition to sending them electronically that way there will be tracking to prove delivery.
Per eBay Policy you are not supposed to sell tickets that you don't have in your possession>

Mentor1 year agoThat's why I suggested refund, relist, WITH shipping> You could mail the copy in addition to sending them electronically that way there will be tracking to prove delivery.
The buyer will not be able to file a not received refund request until at least one day after the last estimated SHIPPING date on the NEW listing. Be sure to get a signature on delivery as it's required since the sale total over $750
