Sold phone issue
I recently sold an iPhone that was carrier locked to tmobile. I put that info in the details as I have proof it's ready to use through tmobile. The buyer recieved it and is now saying that tmobile told them it was locked to Verizon. And that I need to call and have it unlocked. I've never had Verizon. Has anyone had this issue? I sent them proof that it's tmobile ready and they said they still need me to call Verizon to unlock it. What do I do?
