sold my Tig welder on 08/09/2023 and ebay locked my funds away same day , delivered 08/13/23 no
Ebay never mentioned anything about possible holdout on funds for 30 days (while they get to know me)
and I'm self employed and have bills to pay but no luck , It's my money not theirs, Ithink this is so obsurd and
possible to hurt me financially badly and they already have the $720 that they took for themselves but i'm not able to have what belongs to me rightfully and so badly want to speak with an attorney

Mentor2 years agoYour item sold for $5000. For items that sell for$1000 or more, ebay can hold your funds for up to30days in order to make sure the funds are available just in case there is a problem with the transaction, so the funds will be available for a refund.
