Sold listings still active
I have several listings that have sold, yet they are still showing up in my active list. It shows the quantity available as 0. Why is it not being shown as SOLD?

OP1 year agoYes. I finally got a hold of a live human and found out that I had clicked "listings stay active when you're out of stock", which I thought I needed to have checked when using multi-variation. That is why my listing was still active with a quantity of 0.
