Open the link below to learn how to cancel the order(s) and issue refunds. Unfortunately, you will receive defects on your account for the cancellations, and possibly the payment hold time may be extended.

If you are selling from your store, when you list items on ebay they should be put aside so they can't be sold from your store stock. If you have employees tell them not to sell them over the counter.
