Sold items but not payed
I had someone reach out via message and ask if I had any room on a product so I sent him an offer and knocked a couple bucks off the price. However the buyer hasn’t sent payment to eBay yet and I can’t repost the item because his transaction is still pending. What should I do it’s been several days I don’t think he will be adding a payment anytime soon?

If the buyer accepted your offer, they have 4 days to pay. On the 5th day you can cancel the transaction specifying "buyer didn't pay".

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.
Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:

Mentor2 years agoBuyers have 4 days to pay and there is nothing you can do until then. Do not send any reminders or invoices. If after the 4 days they have not paid, you can cancel the transaction with the reason buyer did not pay. This gives them a strike; 2 of those in a year keeps them from bidding and making offers. You cannot do this until those 4 full days have passed. After that, feel free to relist.
