Sold items
My item has already been shipped and received by the buyer but it’s still saying my item hasn’t yet been delivered. How do I fix that? I’ve been in contact with the buyer and she informed me that she received the order but I have yet to receive my payment

Your listing shows USPS as the carrier. If you print your label through eBay tracking is automatically uploaded tot he sold item. If you purchase your label elsewhere you have to manually load the tracking number.
If you have tracking on the sold item and it is not updating then file a Missing Mail piece on the USPS site, sometimes that can shake things loose and tracking will update.
You should be aware of a new Seller protection that eBay recently launched, explained here:
eBay launched a new Seller Protection for sellers who print their labels through eBay. If a Seller loses a Buyer’s claim that they did not receive their item and refunded the Buyer then eBay will reimburse the Seller IF the package is delivered later and tracking confirms the delivery.
