Sold item with wrong shipping cost

New here and I sold an item but the shipping cost was wrong how can I charge the purchaser more for the shipping if they say fine. Do I just cancel the order and start over. Is there a way to invoice for the 17.00 extra dollars

No, you can't ask the buyer to pay any more then what was shown in the listing.

You make up the difference and figure out what happened, so it doesn't happen again.
