Sold item was returned to me
I shipped an item, it was returned due to bad address. I have messaged three times, no response. The phone number is no good either! What do I do to resolve this?

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click Send refund, select a reason, enter the item price (you do not refund the shipping price), submit.
