Sold item twice
I need help. I don't know how it happened but I somehow sold an item I sold over a month ago. How can I refund the money already paid to a buyer?

·2 years agoHi @dawnboudreaux32 Cancel the order for being out of stock. The buyer will be fully refunded as part of the cancellation process.
You'll receive a transaction defect against your seller performance.
