Sold item then buyer asked to cancel
I had a buyer purchase and pay for an item and then ask for me to cancel the order before shipping it and I am wondering how to handle it? I messaged them and asked them their reason for suddenly not wanting, however, they have not responded.

Mentor2 years agoWhy do you need a reason? If the buyer asked you to cancel, he's decided he doesn't want the item. You could force him to complete the transaction, but that could result in a return at your expense and feedback you won't like.
Next to the transaction in your Orders list, select Cancel order and choose the reason that the buyer requested the cancellation.
