sold item that eBay has not moved the process so the buyer can pay

I recently sold and item and it appears the buyer has not received the paperwork from eBay so he can pay. It appears to be stuck in my ''sold items''??? thanks for any help you can provide, Dave

The buyer is notified by eBay to pay for the item. There is no paperwork that is sent to the buyer. If the buyer has not paid by the end of four full days you can cancel the purchase using the "Buyer has not paid" reason and the buyer will receive an unpaid item strike on their account. This reason only shows up once the time limit has been reached.
