Sold item stuck at buyers post office for over 2 weeks according to tracking. Now request refund.
I did everything right on my side and have tracking label from ebay. Do I just refund if it's not my fault?

Mentor5 months agoDid you contact the buyer to contact their local post office to pick up the package? If the package is not picked up soon, USPS will send the package back to you as Undeliverable. At that point you can refund the buyer the item price only.
