Sold item still shows as active
I sold a table lamp, got an email prompt that it sold, but it still shows on my feed as active and is not in my Order file so I do not know where to mail it. Several other old listings still show as active even though they expired and were relisted . Is there a glitch in the Matrix??

Mentor1 week agoHas the buyer paid yet? Do you see it in your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment ?

OP1 week agoThanks for the info, but I have never used the Out of Stock feature and have had no problem with my other listings until now. Been that way for about 2 days.

Make sure the Out of Stock feature is turned OFF on this page (it is the first item in the Multi-quantity listings section): Selling preferences
When that is ON listings will remain on your Active lsit but not be visible to the Public and the listing is waiting for the Quantity value to be changed from 0 to a higher value.
