Sold item returned to seller by post office

Question

I sold an item and several weeks later it was returned to me by the post office as undelivered.. I contacted the buyer and several weeks later he responded and asked to have to shipped to a different address.. isn’t that buyer responsible for shipping a second time ?

Here's what to do...

Refund the buyer for the item price (not the original shipping if stated as a separate cost). Then you can relist the item so the buyer can repurchase it with the correct address. Remind him to review and edit, if needed, the address shown to him at checkout before he completes payment.
