Sold item returned for refund
Sold a brand new Golight marine search light in its original unopened box.
Seller has returned the item claiming it was defective.
Seller did not return the item in its original box, nor did he return any of the original documents, etc.
He threw the light and the cut wire harness in a box and shipped it back for refund.
Does Ebay's return policy allow this? Is he entitled to a complete refund?
I don't believe any electronic retailer would accept a return under these conditions.
Please advise.
