I sold an item recently and USP S info indicated that the buyer had moved with no forwarding address. Package is now in transit to be returned to me. Contacted buyer, and they still want the item, they have corrected their shipping address on Ebay file. Question - is there a way to do a new mailing label for the buyer without being charged again? Or does this end up that the buyer would have to pay a second shipping charge because they did not have the correct addre...
