Sold Item - Refund for Postage Only
Hi. I sold an item, printed the label and then too box to USPS where they told me the postage was wrong. USPS was unable to change label so I ripped it off and paid USPS for a new label. Now I would like eBay to refund me for the label not used. How can I do that?

·2 years agoWith USPS, you have 5 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.
