Sold item not showing on ship now tab
Listed an item and listing disappeared. Received a email saying item sold but can’t find item in ship now tab.

OP1 year agoIt sold for full amount. I’m wondering if there is a glitch. I recently changed my payout account information and I’m curious if that has something to do with it. My payout is on hold but I should be able to see my new listing and sold items correct?

My only other advice would be try a different browser. Restart your computer.
