Sold item not returned
How can I get help with a returned item that was never sent back? Ebay closed the order and I keep getting shut down by the phone system. There is NO WAY to get help here!!!!!!

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer has a specific date in which to return the item. Once that date passes, and the buyer has not had the return label scanned, you can go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in. Apparently, since you did not do that, then ebay will close the case. The buyer keeps the item, and the hold on your account for the funds is released.
