Sold item not marked as delivered
Shipped an item to the buyer and he said he received it. But it is not marked as delivered so I cannot get funds. What do I do?

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Locate the item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to receive updated tracking. That should trigger updating to ebay as well.
