Sold item not appearing as sold
A customer sent me a pixture that they’ve confirmed payment through ebay , but i dont see it on my end. the listing is still active what should i do?

·1 year agoAs a new seller you will subject to scammers.
Do not believe what was sent to yo by email or text.
Anyone asking for your email is a scammer.

Mentor1 year agoThe one item you have listed is an expensive and item and you are a new seller. Most likely the image shown to you to prove payment is fake as you don't have any sold items but someone trying to scam you out of your item listed.
I'd also like to add that if anyone asks for contact information to pay or for pictures outside of eBay this will also be someone trying to scam you to send a fake payment notification.
