Sold item may be lost in the mail. What should I do?
Shipped USPS 1/8. NOt arrived. I asked USPS to trace. No reply.? Do I have to givethe buyer a refund? I will file a claim with USPS

If the buyer opens a not received claim, and the tracking does not show delivered, then you will have to refund the buyer. Do not do anything until the buyer opens the claim.
If you are not seeing movement on the tracking, you can go ahead and open the claim with the usps - sometimes the package turns up as soon as the claim is filed 🙂
