Sold item lost in mail arrives after refund
I sold an item and shipped it. It moved around through the postal system for 18 days and the supplier asked for a refund, which I gave. Two days later the item arrived at the buyers house. The postal service is not going to give me the insurance for the package since it eventually got delivered. How do I get paid for my item? Right now the buyer has a free item, I returned the payment plays shipping so I at negative profit for this transaction.

You can send a Paypal invoice to your buyer. Be aware that the buyer is not required to repay for the item if they have already been refunded.
If you think the buyer might agree to return the item, you can provide them with a prepaid return shipping label.
