Sold item issue
Had a buyer falsely claim that the size of the item I sold them was the wrong size which it was not. I forgot to put the pictures of the waist measurement in the pictures but they 100% fit (I later sent a picture to eBay showing the correct measurement in the dispute). The buyer sent the item back without me even getting a chance to look at the initial return request which I then denied because the sale was fair and the item was true to listing size. The buyer then raised a dispute claiming the item did not fit yet he already sent the item back and he damaged two separate parts before returning it. At this point I am waiting for eBay to respond to my dispute response and I was just curious as to what you guys think or if anyone has been in a similar situation. I have all the evidence to back myself up and I am willing to send the buyer back the item. It just sucks because I am currently waiting on a payout for another item which is delayed because of this crap.
