Sold item delivered with my paid shipping. How do I notify ebay.

I sold a camera -- offered to pay shipping. Ebay label was for Priority mail, but I had a lithium battery so shipped itself with ground advantage. It's been received. How do I let ebay know so I can get paid?

Cancel the eBay label -

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

This will set the order back to waiting for shipment. Enter the tracking # that you actually used for shipment. I think it will pick up the delivery scan, it probably needs overnight to do this.

If it doesnâ€™t pick up the delivered status, youâ€™ll need to check with customer service, but you probably have to wait 30 days for your payment.

It would have been easier if you had entered the correct tracking # when it shipped, so something to remember in the future.
