Sold item delivered e coupon email wants me to ship
I sold an item that I delivered via email because it was an e coupon. The buyer received and wrote good feedback. But it still wants me to ship it manually, and so payment is on hold. But it was delivered via email upon it being bought

1) Most sellers are not approved to sell digitally delivered items
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/electronically-delivered-items-policy?id=4289
2) The following types of gift cards aren't allowed:

3) Even though the buyer has left positive feedback, the buyer can claim they didn't get the item up to 30 days from now and you will have to refund in full.
You are supposed to mail gift cards so there is tracking of the delivery.
You can mail something tomorrow (copy of the packing slip) in a PADDED or RIGID envelope using eBay labels. It will cost you about $4.50 but then you will have some tracking.
Either way, it's likely that eBay will wait 30 days to release your funds so that the buyer doesn't make a claim.
