Was packaging up several figurines when I heard and felt a snap (they were tissue/bubble wrapped). All of them were in rough condition (and were advertised as such), but I do not want my buyer to be surprised or disappointed. I've messaged him twice now, but no luck. I must ship by tomorrow. I would like to discuss this with buyer before shipping, and give him the option of backing out of the deal if he so desires. Advice?
