Sold item damaged in shipping
I shipped an item that was damaged during shipping via USPS. What is the best way to handle this? The item is damaged beyond repair and paying return shipping seems like a waste of money. I have searched thru eBay help to get the policy and all I got was confused. Thank you for any help.
