Sold item customer wants return now
Sold nib toy buyer opened 1 doesn't work it was a 4ct set about 12 years old. Buyer opened and now wants refund. I had no idea 1 was broken like I said it was new. The toy is older. Isn't that a risk with old toys? Now what should I do

Has the buyer opened a not as described dispute, or have they just messaged you saying one of the items was broken?
You can respond to the dispute or message and ask for a photo of the broken item. If they respond and do that, you can either send them a return shipping label, and issue a full refund once you receive it, or offer them a partial refund, like 25% off the sale price. One way or another you do have to respond to avoid the risk of a defect being placed on your account.

Yes it is a risk with new old stock still sealed older toys. However it is the seller's risk not the buyers.
