Sold item could not be delivered
Item was sold and shipped to a U.S. address but the buyer was in the UK. eBay notified me that the item sold (toy pistol) could not be shipped internationally. The shipped item has not been returned. No way to reach anyone in eBay. Does anyone have info on how this is handled?
