SOLD ITEM. Buyer received it and money has not gone thru!!!
I'm trying to assist my boyfriend. He sold a ring for $5,000 and it was sent to the buyer. The funds are still not in his account. The buyer received the ring this morning at 9 am and it's been 4 hours and he does not have the money yet!!! PLEASE HELP!!!! We can't talk to a live customer service person

·1 year agoNew or infrequent sellers, or ones with a change in selling habits (such as suddenly selling a very expensive item) are subject to payment holds which may be up to 30 days. In this case, I would expect it's likely since it was so expensive that he will get the money in about 30 days. This is normal and expected.
