sold item , buyer didn't pay shipping

Question

Not sure if my problem is the buyer, me the seller or ebay but cannot print a label for a sold item. It shows paid but it doesn't show the total paid with the shipping cost. Can't cancel it and relist, don't know if possible, so am not sure what to do and it's been 5 days since it sold. Appreciate any help.

What is the item number?

I looked at all of your Sold listings, and each one has a shipping amount, so I do not know how the buyer could have paid for the item price only, unless the item also offered Local Pickup.
