Sold item buyer asked to ship in 30 days
I am the seller, and I have two items listed on eBay. I intended to end the listings before I left on vacation, as I will be away for a month and a half. I completely got immersed in prepping for being away that long, and failed to end the listings before I left, and of course, one of the items sold. The buyer has paid, and I explained to the buyer what happened. I said I would refund them; however, they said they would wait and asked if I could ship when I get home. Will I get in trouble with eBay for not printing the label and shipping within the three days?

Mentor8 months agoYes. You will receive a defect recorded on your account for late shipping. No big deal if this is your first time, but do not make it a habit, as your account can then either be restricted or suspended. Write down the buyer's name and ship to address. I do not believe you will be able to use ebay shipping once the transaction is over 30 days old.
