sold item arrived broken
An item that I sold - arrived with a broken piece - it is a large lamp, I am not going to accept return but I want to remimburse buyer. Do I do that directly or do I go through Ebay?

Mentor1 year agoHave you used the CONTACT BUYER link to communicate with the buyer and is the buyer agreeable to the partial refund amount? If so, have the buyer file a Returns Request. You offer a partial refund, buyer agrees, you send the partial refund.
