Sold item and haven't been paid over 3 weeks. Ebay said they refunded.

Hi I recently sold a chanel bag and it passed authenticator and buyer received. but for some reason ebay refunded while showing it arrived and was sold. I haven't got paid and I have gotten charged for listing.

Hi @rong_way

Look on this page over on the right in the Recent activity file and see what transactions are shown there. You should see the original sale (you might have to scroll down or use the See all function). You are also a new Seller and your funds will be on hold for 30 days.
