Sold item and dropped off in person
Buyer lived nearby, so I dropped piece off at his home. I reimbursed shipping cost. How do I close out the sale ?

Unless you had local pickup as a delivery option on the listing for the buyer to select, you should have cancelled the order and relisted with that option so the buyer could repurchase it. He would have been provided with a code to give you when you dropped off the package that you would enter into the order details. Unfortunately, without the code, you'll receive a defect as you have no tracking #.
You may have to wait for your funds to be released (typically up to 31 days).
