Sold item and buyer asks for cancelation immediatley
I have never had this happen! I sold an item and pulled up the buyer info to ship it. Then before I shipped the item, the buyer is asking me to cancel the order. Is this a scam? I don’t want to mess this up.

Cancel the order as buyer requested and refund the buyer.
