Sold Item
Hello, I just sold an item and bought the shipping label. After doing so, I looked at the person who purchased the item and they had a zero by their name and they just created the account on the same day as the purchase. I am just wondering if this is a scam that happens? Or lets say we ship it out what is the worst that happens?
EX: If item shows it is delivered but buyer claims they never received the product. Where does the refund come from? Seller or eBay?

You ship with tracking.
That way if the buyer states it wasn't received, you can respond with the tracking information to prove delivery to the buyer's shipping address.
