Sold an item 3 weeks ago customers verified that it showed up on his front porch with a photo two weeks have gone by eBay has yet to pay me and holds my funds yet package has arrived what am I supposed to do AI generated crap on here doesn't help at all

ALL infrequent Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request. Buyers have up to 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.
Once you have additional successful sales, eBay should start releasing your funds sooner.
