sold item
I sold an item. I couldn't find it since I had listed it years ago. So, I messaged the buyer and cancelled the order with a full refund. Then, just after doing this (same day), I found the item. Is there a way to reverse the cancellation so I can finish the transaction and send the item?

No, you can not reverse the cancellation. You need to list the item again, so your buyer can purchase it again.
