I have an item on the way to be authenticated before going to the buyer. Before I shipped, I noticed that I had the description wrong, I reached out to the buyer and they are still perfectly fine with it so I shipped it to the authenticator Do I need to reach out to the authenticator or will this pass? 03/25 was the card number listed but it’s actually 12/25 again, buyer still wants the card.

There is no way to contact the authenticator. If they reject it, they will return it to you and refund your buyer. You can then relist it with the correct description, and the buyer can purchase it again.
