If the buyer paid the shipping that was shown, you are unable to collect additional shipping.
It's tricky to list items that will ship in multiple boxes.
(Is this the Lomonsov? It's beautiful. I only have 1 piece.)
When you ship your item, here is how to print multiple labels for 1 order:
Enter the weight and dimensions for Box 1 and print the first label,
THEN you can print another label -
1) Go to the order https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select View Order Details, then Get Another Label <<==
3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your 2nd box and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.
