Sold is non-returnable
if you sell something as non-returnable, why would the buyer be entitled to a return. I advertise it with pictures and I sent exactly what was in the pictures. The buyer said it’s not compatible with what they have. I made no reference to what its compatibility was. I sold it from pictures. They bought it from pictures. How should I handle this?

Mentor2 years agoA buyer is entitled to a refund if an item is not received or not as described, or if it arrives damaged.
If the buyer filed a "not as described" case, eBay will side with the buyer, since eBay has no way of knowing what was sent or received.
"Non-returnable" is not the same as non-refundable. The seller can decide to refund without a return, though generally it is in the seller's interest to get the item back unless it has less value than the cost of shipping.
