Sold fake pokemon booster box
I was sold counterfeit pokemon cards, the seller denies any responsibility as the box was opened and he claimed he can't resell them. They are fake cards why would he resell them.

Suspicious activity> other then say in the box that the seller sold a counterfeit trading card booster box. ( don't go into details as AI reads these)
You have ONLY three days to return trading cards.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories.
Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.

If it is too late to file a not as described return request case then you will have to contact your payment method and file a chargeback. Do NOT contact your payment method until you exhaust all options with eBay as their decision will be final even if it is not a refund.
