OP9 months agoMystery solved! eBay had a version upgrade in December 2025. My phone is too old for the eBay app upgrade - therefore, I lost some functionality.

Sold items are included in completed - if the price is in green, it was sold.
Better for sellers is the research tools, where you can see up to 3 years of sales, including the actual sales price when an offer was accepted. https://www.ebay.com/sh/research?marketplace=EBAY-US&tabName=SOLD
I do not know why completed is not showing in the app - I assume you are using an android phone, since it is still showing in my iPhone.

OP9 months agoI used to have many filters - completed and sold being two of them. Also, color and brand are no longer available filters to me.
There are now only 4 filters (condition, category, size, item location)
I use an iPhone.

If you scroll up a little on the list of filters, you should see “show moreâ€. Click there and you should get the full list of filters.
