Sold buyer 3 items they only returned one!!!
Sold a buyer an ecu for a motorcycle with 1 module and one quickshifter sensor. The buyer returned the Ecu only and expects a refund in full. I asked him where the other 2 items were and he said he must have misplaced them. Is this real life? He’s demanding a refund and says he will contact PayPal if I do t send him his refund. Can’t call eBay anymore for so e
reason. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced on eBay with what it seems no way out! Help!

I don't believe you owe a full refund unless all the items are returned.
