Sold an open box Xbox
The funds were released to me on feb 13 sold the item on the 12th I think well the buyer is just now saying the Xbox was dusty and used and he’s wa ting me to send him 60 dollars to get the Xbox cleaned or maintenance on it should I do that or can he even request this from me ? I feel like he’s trying to get money back idk should o make his file a claim or is it to late for him to even do that the moneys all ready been released and he if he wanted to complain shouldn’t be have done that right away ???

Mentor2 years ago@far-8368 They are fishing for a partial refund. Personally I'd say return for refund. Then nothing else. Don't reply to them after that. It's what I when I have sold items that I know are popular and get a message like that and they don't file a refund request because they want the item.
Of course if they do file a refund request you have to pay return shipping and refund 100%. So there is that risk.
