Sold an item twice by accident
Hi. Yes, I accidentally listed the same product twice and someone bought one, and someone bought the other one, and I need to cancel one of the orders without ebay taking from my funds

Mentor3 weeks agoYou will need to file a Cancellation using Out of stock as the reason. Hopefully, the buyer has not yet paid. If the buyer has paid, then the refund comes from YOUR funds that you have specified for seller fees and reimbursements:

I suggest selecting a credit card for seller fees and reimbursements, rather than your checking account.
