Sold an item that was not return plus was charge back more that what was paid out
I sold an item that the buyer no longer wanted. I Initiated a refund for the buyer and I was charged to my bank account more than I was paid out. I know Ebay keeps the .30 insertion fee but does eBay also keep the 15% transaction fee and the high 12% Ad fee standard? And to think I was charged the shipping fee of $155 that I've lost . I've lost $455 plus the item that has not yet return to me from the buyer who change his mind.
